From Saturday 8 July (inauguration at 7.00 pm), the extinct volcano of Roccamonfina (Caserta) will host the exhibition “Visioni _ Ars Mundi | Summer 2023”, at the Hermitage of San Bernardino of the Sanctuary of Maria SS. Of the Lattani of Roccamonfina (CE).
In this edition it was decided to host artists who, while ranging between the most varied research experiences, are able to make the works dialogue with the pre-existing religious architecture and the nature of the territory (characterised by suggestive views and panoramas), thanks to very high quality standards both conceptually and aesthetically.

Some of them are already included in the official artistic panorama, but they intend, however, to live the VISIONI experience to support a project which, as the artistic director Paolo Feroce tells us, will become a fixed and quality event aimed at the creation of a collection permanent and a space dedicated to art in a context with a strong spiritual connotation and superb from a naturalistic - panoramic point of view.
The artists invited to exhibit in this edition are: Cristina Iotti (Sassuolo), Yumiko Kimura Sato (Tokyo), Emiliano Terenzi (Cassino), Francesco Zefferino (Bari), Giuseppina Irene Groccia (Cosenza), Costantino Di Renzo (Chieti), Paola Giorgio (Teano), Oscar Piovosi (Bologna), Dora Romano (Naples), Silvia Nencioni (Volterra), Patrizia Pansi (Benevento), Greta Broglio (Sondrio), Enzo Piatto (Cimitile), Alberto D'assumpçao (Lisbon) and Paola Paesano (Naples).
The deceased artists honored in VISIONS are Giampaolo Talani (Livorno) and Rino Feroce (Teano), while the well-known artist Mario Paschetta (Milan) will donate one of his precious contemporary sacred works of art to the Maria SS Sanctuary. of the Lattani.
The exhibition will remain open until 27 August 2023 and will include numerous cultural events and meetings.
