I will expose the series of works "The weight of the soul".
This third edition of "The rooms of art" represents a dutiful confirmation towards everyone: of the participating artists, who have renewed their trust; of the municipal administration, which once again opened the city spaces of Palazzo Brown and the many visitors who, with increased interest, never betray the appointment.
I feel honored to travel this beautiful journey into the dual role of curator and artist. And the awareness of wanting to face such an ambitious project, with passion and determination, led me to persevere and be able to say that he can believe in the strength of culture for a better future.
The great innovation of this edition is made up of the "association" recently born with another format of great importance, cultural as well as artistic, "the art for justice", directed by Imma Battista, who has delivered - for its fifth edition - the themes chosen to the creativity of the artists of the "rooms", as well as treating them through the prestigious concerts of the G. Martucci of Salerno and the debates, conducted by the well -known journalist. Eduardo Scotti, with the participation of authoritative speakers: meetings and concerts that wind throughout the month of October, inaugurating with artificial intelligence, and then continuing to order, with the following themes: the family, the land and the environment, the diet, the inclusion, the woman, every Wednesday and Saturday, until the closure of 23 October 2024.
A curator, when he chooses or - as in this case - shares the contents of his exhibition, undertakes a journey full of changes, whose story is strongly influenced by the perception and interpretation that will give visitors, professionals and the press.
Those who take care of an exhibition must therefore be "an explorer who navigates without prejudices, with the pleasure of risk" ... and all this is lifeblood for me.
I address a heartfelt thanks to the director, Maestro Fulvio Artiano and the President, Avv. Luciano Provence of the Martucci Conservatory and, for the proximity and effective collaboration over the years, to the manager of the Alfano State High School, Prof. Elisabetta Barone, through the involvement of the students, who carry out activities of P.C.T.O. holding a role of museum guides in the rooms of the exhibition, with the coordination of Patrizia de Bartolomeis, president of A.N.I.S. Campania.
Once again, a childbirth of the artistic system is created in Salerno, with a little revolution and without obvious conformism, which also has the arduous task of revealing, through beauty, the reflection of the time that flows and of the world that changes, as well as making you think about burning and highly relevant themes and interest.
